Sunday, September 17, 2023 - A nose of honeysuckle, peach and smoky mineral. The palate is generous and full with some preserved lemon and spiced pear flavour. It has good volume and a sappy/unctuous feel. Acidity is moderate and the finish fresh, with some chew.
