Sunday, April 3, 2022 - A slightly cloudy gold. I get a tendency to ripe orchard and even tropical fruit note on both nose and palate. Floral. Palate is intense, with pear, citrus - veering to pink grapefruit and pineapple. A spice quality - smoke and minerals. Really good underlying core acidity. All sorts of things going on. Super interesting and moreish. Has that almost Burgundian-quality to me.
