Friday, September 11, 2020 - Decanted for 90 minutes. Lots of sediment left in the bottle. Very nice old wine. Soft smooth cabernet paired with spicy Syrah. Soft mouth-filled tannins and gentle fruit paired nicely with a seared filet. I would search this out but I'm happy that I still have a couple more bottles. A fun wine.
