Monday, November 21, 2022 - Pale yellow gold. Ripe white peach and flowers on the nose with some smokiness. Good richness of fruit on the palate which is quickly braced by an excellent line of acidity and saline structure. Good length, Same thing happened to me as mentioned by the previous reviewer, after one night in the fridge the acid and structure waned significantly leaving only the fruit and the saline quality. Finish the bottle the day you open it!
