Thursday, December 31, 2015 - this was a really good fresh with 40 yrs age bottle. pop - recorked by the chateau in 2006. delicious copper color, thick robe of silky fruit. this had all the typical mature sauternes flavors - caramel, pineapple, lanoline, with good burst of zesty acidity.
