Saturday, February 19, 2022 - High neck fill. Dark gold color. Popped and poured. Initially primarily musty nose and muted flavors, but after about 10 minutes in the glass the mustiness blew off and the flavors started coming through. Though still muted, flavors were very pleasant and enjoyable. Overall a lovely aged white.
