Friday, October 14, 2022 - Wines of the Gods (House of AC and JC): Component of DRC Echezeaux and Grands Echezeaux vertical as a finishing wine. Very light tawny colour with rim light green. Explosive aromatics of dried fruit, anise and oiled mahogany with raisin cakes and toffee blasting through the riveting acidity. Otherworldly length that lingered on the palate beyond our 25 minute walk home.....
