Monday, April 27, 2009 - Drank on a long weekend on Perdido Key, Florida. Didn't take notes, so will just give overall impression: EXCELLENT. Maybe my favorite Toro Termes ever. Very vibrant and spicy with silky tannins, unobtrusive oak and racy acidity. Will be even better with a couple years in the cellar. Plan to get more.
