Sunday, March 30, 2014 - 3 hour decant and enjoyed with asian barbecued chicken, creamy garlic risotto and crispy lemon asparagus. Some food wine this is. Floral, smoke, leather, rich berries, modest acidity and amazing complexity and balance.
