Saturday, November 18, 2023 - 2 ounce tasting at the Ferry Building in San Francisco. Quite pale. Really quite excellent viscosity Nose is very soft. I’m not getting much. Really builds excellent flavor and structure in the mouth however. Could even describe it as Powerful. The palate is what makes this what it is along with its appearance. 5-11-17-9: 92/100.
