Saturday, February 26, 2022 - Complex. Showing its age but with grace. Cream, flowers, elegant. The fruit has dropped off considerably to layers and layers of tertiary notes. Incredible depth of flavor. Coats the mouth to create an incredible textural experience. Hints of spice and wet rock. Bravo.
