Friday, July 1, 1988 - Inserted as a ringer in a tasting of 1978 California Cabernet Sauvignon, it was Wine of the Night for me. Gorgeous sweet bouquet took me to Pomerol more than St. Julien. Medium color. Intense well focused fruit. Really fine. À point.
