Does not like this wine:

79 Points

Saturday, November 11, 2023 - 13.5% alcohol; CellarTracker designates it 'Maipo Valley', the label says 'Valle Central'; imported by Eagle Peak Estates, Holland, Mendocino County, California; composite cork, 4 mm maximum wine seepage; strong cork aroma, sweetness seems to be added on top, whiff of olives and sweet bread and butter pickles, maybe also cardamom; light to medium-weight foil; fast legs, very dark burgundy color; nose of tannins, stone fruit, some citrus; oxygenation hastened via Vinturi, opened and tasted after 15 minutes at 24 degrees C (about 10 Fahrenheit degrees warmer than the label recommends) in a Lucas & Lewellen branded glass designed for Cabernet/Merlot; full bodied, a dull taste of fermentation that didn't go all the right way -- a little bitter, a little sour, a little wet wool; the long finish is downright unpleasant; the wine is low priced and you get what you pay for, or less
