Saturday, December 11, 2021 - Beautifully well evolved. Initially hints of apricots and lemon. some hazelnuts. with time, acidity was even better and classical Chevalier tension and precision showed. Very long. Good wine. Very graceful oxidation only so all in balance. From the Leflaive recorked batch.

And a last glass 5 hours later. The wine more focused and feeling younger. Acidity more dominant in a good way.

    Happy Holidays.
