Wednesday, November 23, 2022 - Day 1, a well constructed Cal Cab, a little reticent on day 1, but well balanced and enjoyable. Day 2, a little more forward than Day 1 and showed more plum flavors, exhibiting a fair amount of extraction, almost Paso like.
