Saturday, September 3, 2022 - Had the pleasure of trying this with the owner of the Domæne.

Fruity, and floral nose with citrus and apple. On the palate stone fruit - peaches and apricots and a nice creaminess. Not so much acidity along with the fruitiness and yet was still nicely balanced. Would love to return to this with more age in bottle - a very exciting wine.
