Wednesday, July 13, 2022 - One of my favorite summer whites, with the 2020 vintage of particular appeal. Bright silver in color, a polished package of brisk acidity, saline and seashell tastes and texture, and a hint of citrus. Served with shrimp tacos in a lime and tomatillo sauce with a jicama slaw. My version of a great summer night.
