Saturday, October 21, 2023 - the nose gives whisps of white smoke carrying delicate white florals, while the palate is driven by bracing, electric, jaw-rattling acid, a vibrant burst of grilled lemon, with its oils seeping out its skin, ephemeral notes of roasted hazelnuts, long finish pulls the palate down into a deep, limestone quarry

exciting and full of personality, though certainly still tightly wound, would be curious to see this with more age
