Por copas. Cata que agrupa los vinos por sus respectivas áreas. Muy frutal en nariz con notas de frambuesas y cerezas maduras pero también de hojarasca y de especias dulces. Vino de cuerpo medio con una textura de seda y un alto grado de acidez. Puramente gastronómico en mi humilde opinión.
