Saturday, June 25, 2022 - Blueberries, blackberries, black cherries, mint, eucalyptus, newer leather, black pepper and bacon grease. Some vanilla and smoke from the oak but it's not overpowering. Medium + body with nice acid. The platonic form of California Syrah here.
