Saturday, November 26, 2022 - Delicious! Light yellow with a touch of sediment that settles to make it clear. Beautiful bubbles as it enters the glass and gives a nose of gentle fruits. Big mouthfeel that sparkles on the tongue with apples and just enough acid to make refreshing. Shy, easy finish that makes one want more. At 11.2% the bottle is soon gone and will be missed with a soft smile.
