Friday, April 21, 2023 - Give this a little air to integrate the acid with the fruit. A little raw at first, but very nice after a couple hours - the front end is a bit brambly from the zin, but the flavors are concentrated and become balanced with the tannin and acid. Nice fruit and some black tea and spices on the back end. An elegant Zin blend, although perhaps Mourvèdre is the star here.
