Wednesday, September 20, 2023 - Floral nose with some creamsicle vanilla. More floral and herbal, cherry cranberry juice, definitely some yeast signature but not too much. Light chalky tannin, medium acid. Really good! Really curious to see how this develops over the coming years, hopefully that yeast note doesn’t grow.
