Friday, March 15, 2024 - Subtle vanilla aromas on the nose. Medium bodied, dry, smooth and elegant, delivering subtle melon and vanilla flavors with good acidity. Overall subtle and refined. Had a glass at Robusto with the great pike-perch dish and it was a good match.
