Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Still powerful acidity. Intense nose of whole spices, cardamom and clove, wet soil, and mushroom. On the palate - stewed plums, game, walnut, soy sauce, a little bacon fat peeking through after 30 min. Medium body, medium+ acidity. Started to fall apart after a few hours. Drink now.
