Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Tannins super interesting. Quite present yet also fine. Fruit is dark and not at all jammy. Another comment here mentioned menthol, which I thought was rather odd, but after tasting I totally understood that. Definitely a food wine. Served with short rib ragu on gnocchi.
