Sunday, February 26, 2023 - This style of Viognier threads the needle between the overly austere style of some Alsatian ones and the overly flowery ones from other California Viognier vintners. It is crisp with slightly restrained fruit, without being puckering-level austere. Should be food-friendly (Asian)and given the oak (mostly in background), I'd wait until the end of 2023 to consume as it all may be even further integrated, but it's pretty darn good now.
