Tuesday, July 4, 2023 - Vacation wines; 6/27/2023-7/6/2023 (Hotel Sonne, Partschins, IT): Glass: Spiegelau Universal
Popped and poured, tasted completely blind.
Clear, light garnet color. Classic, young Nebbiolo nose with some sweet fruit. On the palate fine and elegant with a nice sweet fruit and beautiful texture. Doesn't have the depth and complexity of a Barolo, but drinks nicely with a bright future of at least another decade. 91+
