Wednesday, January 17, 2024 - Garnacha of a selection of plots of foothill soils from the mountains of Ainzón, Fuendejalón and Tabuenca, very stony, with little boulders, of limestones or marls, dolomies, quartzites and slates. 16-month aging in French and American oak barrels. Aromas of black and red fruits, Mediterranean herbs, balsamic, spices, fresh, warm, fleshy, very intense, wide, tasty and persistent. Enjoying!!!
