Sunday, January 7, 2024 - Obviously drank before the optimal drinking window, it was already quite enjoyable, especially on day 2.
Dark fruit, interesting herbs (thyme, mint), some bacon and bloody red meat come through within the bouquet.
On the palate it is quite mouth coating with powerful but fine tannins, they were better integrated on day 2.
This score is for right now, but I expect this wine to gain 2-3 points in 5-10 years since it has undeniable tons of potential.
