Thursday, July 21, 2022 - Black fruit, esp black cherries, prunes smoky bacon, spicy, exotic plants, tropical damp earth and then a hint of vanilla. Balanced acidity and smooth tannins. Not too heavy, excellent with chimichurri steak.
