Thursday, October 21, 2010 - The nose is like a dinner plate with steak, butternut squash, and dark blackberries with stems intact all showing through. It delivers full and juicy fruit along with structure that builds slowly and dries fully. The fruit is lovely all the way across. It's big and still clean. A tasty bit of butterscotch appears later in the experience.
