Wine G Does not like this wine:

Monday, April 15, 2024 - I have to say after making several attempts over the course of a couple days, I didnt love this wine. Aromatically it is very bordeaux-esq... not as sweet and new world on the nose, but this was not a bad thing. What I found off was the palate and astringent and highly tannicness and lacking a fruitful balance. on its 2nd day I did open up a st estephe bordeaux wine that was way more fruitful by comparison, and way better. For the price point I felt disappointed, whilst I have enjoyed a Kobayashi Syrah. Maybe it was just this bottle.
