Friday, December 8, 2023 - Palest ruby colour. Restrained on the nose, showing raspberry, tar and blood orange. Much more lively on the palate - brisk acidity, pronounced cherry and raspberry fruit, some more savour tar and peppery notes. Plenty of ripe tannins, a little grippy but overall pleasant. Lovely long finish. I find the alcohol a little hot on this one.
