Sunday, April 7, 2024 - Eye: Medium yellow verging on light copper in some lights.

Nose: Lightly toasty. Smells of botrytis. Nice light petrol character. Light green apple.

Palate: Beautiful vivacious acidity. Crisp green apple. Orange blossoms. Rich stone fruit. Reasonably sweet; lightly confectionery. Like sweet autumn cider.

Finish: Short. Sweet apple and botrytis.

Enjoyed With: Sweet cheese blintzes
