Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Nice herbal and woody complexity on the nose, notes of Thai Basil and Rosemary. Medium acidity, moderate+ black tea tannins. The palate opens with copious air, an elegant dark mineral focus closing with medium length and repeating its aroma. Textured and well dressed, this is quietly impressive and interesting.
