Sunday, August 7, 2016 - Tasted blind. Light amber colored. Concentrated coriander, honeysuckle, and tropical fruit. Racy acidity, with a distinct and pleasing acidity/sugar ratio. Reminds me of Pajzos Eszencia, but with more of a deserted island vibe.
