Friday, March 10, 2023 - This was really good. It had real weight and verve and was great at the table. Rounder fruits rather than citric as I expected, some Maillard notes and really nice length. A kind of musky minerality. Drinking well now, but I think it could even improve with a little bit of time in the cellar.
