Monday, March 4, 2024 - Only 8.5% alcohol. Very pale yellow. Discrete but charming nose with hints of flowers. The most striking feature is on the palate with very sharp mineral acidy beautifully enveloped by light fruit. The mineral impression dominates. Nothing exuberant, but it's hard to ask for more from a young Kabinett. Donnhoff never disappoints.
