Monday, October 9, 2023 - Aromatic, with lychee and a little rose. Dry, 13% ABV. Nice acidity, a bit of cool air minerality. Not overpowering or intense, just pleasant. I'll be curious if this is one of the ones that will age well, but I may not hold it that long.
