Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - A full bodied, masculine front end kicks off a rush of deep and dark black cherry, black raspberry, and soil notes. A pine needle flavor adds further interest on the finish. This is a broad stroke of a wine, and perhaps even beefier than previous vintages. I sense this will chillax a bit with a couple years in bottle. It’s pure and incredibly focused for such a shouldery specimen. Hold for a couple of years.
