Monday, October 17, 2022 - Medium garnet-ruby, viscous @14% abv. Aroma of black berry, underbrush, bay leaf, lead pencil. Dry, medium(-) acidity, supple sweet medium(-) tannins, medium(+) alcohol and full body. Palate of black berry, licorice, bay leaf graphite, tobacco. Velvet texture leading to warm long finish. Very enjoyable with game, mushrooms or grilled red meat.
