Monday, April 15, 2024 - Graciously given to us to start our tasting at Bond (and the next day, at Harlan). On the nose and palate, moderate notes of green apple, red pear and lesser bits of white melon and lemon, fallen leaves, brioche, and marzipan. Small bubbles, nice, fresh mousse, a bit tightly wound. Very nice complexity, persistence and intensity. Definite step up over the Gosset if not quite the Cristal for me.
