Still another great bottle of dry wrestling and I think this will really age well. I think for those who appreciate the way it tastes now it needs to be consumed by 2026 but for those who are like me and also appreciate old wrestling you can let this go for at least 10 to possibly 20 years past the Vintage. This shows that good quality New York State racing can hang with the big boys from the likes of Germany
