Thursday, January 24, 2008 - Tasted on day 2. This is really a cab sauv, or at least 90+% so. The wonderful fruit was there, but even on the 2nd day, this wine was very chewy, and showing lots of oak. It needs time. I'd love to try this in a couple of years and see how it's coming around. 88-90
