Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Very nice Kabi style off-dry Riesling. Minerals, some yeast, salt lemon and other citrus including orange. Somewhat reductive, nose is not that expressive for a Riesling. Sweetness and acidity are perfectly balanced, super refreshing.
