Wednesday, November 2, 2022 - dense translucent ruby appearance. nose shows sweet raspberry, cherry, and a bit of a vegetal note, maybe dill? some mushroom, butter, and crushed stone as well. medium bodied with plus acidity. fresh, smooth, and easy. tart raspberry and cranberry fruit with some green chive notes and more stony mineral on the back. medium length finish and fine ground tannin. much better than a bottle 2 months ago, fruit has emerged and tannins have integrated.
