Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Very dark ruby red colour. Herbal/earthy aromas with some dark berry notes. Initial dark ripe red fruit taste with pleasant garrigue undercurrent. Starts a little sweet but actually ends dry and peppery. Paired well with roast pork tenderloin and sweet potato.
