It was bursting with so much fruit yet it was balanced and definitely not a New World fruit bomb. Definitely a dry wine and goes very well with food. Decanted for 4 hours and had it with Ragu Bolognese. Best wine/food combo I have experienced. I have another bottle and will try and hold onto it for another 5 years prior to drinking it.
