Saturday, March 18, 2023 - Coming from plots in Pierreclos near the Domaine Guffens-Heynen holdings. First vintage is 2018. Compare to Guffens-Heynen’s wine, the Verget is much more forward with melon, nectar, peach and flowers. The palate is round, full and ripe with good mid-palate weight and layers. There is harmony among fruit, acidity and minerality. Drinking well already. Terrific QPR. 90-91

3/18/2023 7:28:00 AM - I discovered for myself,lol, this wine from the 2020 vintage. Following the 2020 harvest it appears Guffens-Heynen purchased this plot so 2021 is their 1st Vintage actually owning the site. This info is taken from the TN on the Farr Vinters website for the 2020 vintage.
Looking forward to tasting the 2021 in due course.
